We’ve long been enamored with Soba Cha, and we were lucky to be able to source organic Soba Cha while we were in Japan. Soba Cha is roasted buckwheat tea and it has a lovely, lightly nutty, slightly sweet taste and aroma. It’s the perfect tea for that moment of self-care in the afternoon after a whirlwind of a day.
Aside from it being a wonderfully tasting tea, buckwheat is also naturally 100% caffeine free and gluten-free, despite its name.
